Follow below simple steps to reset Service Portal Login password on your own:
A. Please enter your Service Portal Login User Name in User Name field. Your Login User Name looks like abhijeet.marathe or manisha.phanse. B. Enter your company email id in Email ID field. C. Click on Submit button and please wait for few moments while system is processing/validating your request. Upon successful password reset, newly generated random password will be delivered on your email id. Upon unsccessful password reset, you will see respective system error message. Correct and try again to reset password.
